they had a Earth Day thing at Chimp Haven near Shreveport today, spent all day (up to now) there.

Apparently, noise pollution is good for the earth. Huh.

For those that are not aware, it is Autism awareness month. I just haven't had the energy or motivation to mention it this year. Several of us on the forum have children that are on the spectrum. However, with what has been going on with Alex and others I know, I don't know where my head has been.

I will be doing our yearly walk for autism next weekend. I suppose I ought to post the PayPal info, but, I honestly don't have a clear enough thought process to recall what that is at the moment

We had a special "motorhead" service with one of our members who is the marketing director for the National Street Rod Association. He is also their Chaplin and we have an event every year where some of the local Street Rodders bring their classic cars to church and we have special services and a picnic dinner outside. This year one of the gentlemen brought his Saladin Armored Car.

I worked outside supporting setup detail so I am beat today. However, it was worth every moment.
