My wife got my kid one of the Taget style Shaving play sets. As soon as my son gets out of MY stash I will get him to use his.
When my son is ready I intend to put him together a kit myself. I will have to purchase him his own brush and soap, but I will probably give him a 1904 clasic to start with then move him up to the super speeds when he is ready. The kit that you showed has one of those terrible cartridge razors in it and and even worse electrical one in it. I will show him the three terrible cartridge razors that I have retired and let him experiment with them, but in he end I will get him using one of the great safety razors that I have. How will I do this, simple if he selects one of the terrible cartridge razors he pays for the cartridges himself, but if he uses a safety, I will pay for the blades. Although I will want him to experiment with the cartridge razors just to see what they are like and be able to say that he tried them. I will start him off with the 1904 clasic, then move him to the Gillette Tech, then the Speedway, then the 50s, 60s and lastly the 70s Super Speed.
