Not a great day today......got an exam tomorrow (better start revising), just read that my fave fighter crashed his Bentley yesterday (DUI) and was assigned the task of cleaning bird poop off a window.

 

It's been almost two weeks and I haven't had any more shave walking incidents..been awake to shave..well..more or less. Hopefully all that's behind me now. Got my fingers crossed..

 

A little better today...still feel like crap, but slightly better

 

Ya allergies can be a bummer..hope it passes soon..

Going to take it easy on the running the next couple days, the fascia in my right foot are sore.​

 

Had an exam this morning (managed to forget my pen so I had to quickly buy one and was almost late!). Got train home and have just finished my workout and had lunch. Chill time now.
