Border patrol isn't much better. My parents just came back from vacationing in Boston and passed through the border on the way there and back (Quickest way to get to New England from Michigan is through Ontario). Took them until they got back to the US on the return trip to figure out my mother's passport was was invalid because she forgot to sign it.
Since I unlocked my bootloader and rooted my Atrix, I have never been happier. Even if you don't want to change the software that much, because you like stock, you can go with one of the leaner roms based on your stock software. That being said though, you void your warranty...so if that is important, then hold off. (But if I could do of...anyone can without bricking their phone )
warranty is exactly why I hadn't rooted my old Droid 2 yet, but now that it's my alarm clock/games/occasional web device, I'm probably going to do it if I ever get a chance.

I'd like to add another 3 zeros to that. Domain registration lapsed for the district on Friday. I never received any notification because it was registered 5 years ago when we had a different e-mail address. Found out that e-mail was dead when I came into work this morning and no-one could receive e-mail. Can't re-register until we have the Super's e-mail on file with the registrar. The Super is in Tulsa, OK, today. Ugggh.
