Somewhere I read that the beard grows faster in the summer. Has anybody heard of slower and faster phases of beard growth?
Well, sure - sunlight helps - especially if it has adequate water and is well fertilized as well... Seriously, it probably does, though. Longer days (more light exposure) stimulate the pineal gland, which alters your circadian rhythms and speeds up metabolism.
