    OCMM
    GEM PTFE
    The Manchurian
    Proraso Green
    Proraso splash

This was a much needed shave. I have been up painting until about 20 min ago. I'm doing our basement. The OCMM was a perfect performer, as usual. The Proraso was magnificent, especially since it felt like the menthol was extra strong this time around! It was the perfect way to end the night! :)

    Good Night Everyone!

Another great shave with the best DE (at least to me) ever created and a very nice cream from Bangladesh which is a favorite of barbers over there. The Polar Ice aftershave smells so nice and old-school, and it feels so good on the skin. The 444 gave me its wonderful icy blast that I love so much! ;) :D

Same razor as yesterday, very nice shave again. I used a new brush for the second time. 28mm super badger. Very soft and is working well with soaps. Enjoyable shave. Have a good one, thankfully, it's Friday.

    Friday:
I used Gillette 7 o'clock SharpEdge today in the EJ DE89L. I was impressed with the shave it gave me. My AD might find away to convince my wallet to buy more.

    gorgo2 geezerhood

They say it'll be a record breaker today, probably same where you are.

    Cool shower
    Cold water rinse
Instant coffee perc'd on the stovetop, topped with DaVinci sugar free chocolate and heavy cream (surprisingly not bad...I've had worse from Starbucks)
TSD Tabac soap (I like it)
Ranger Tech with yellow Gillette 7'o Clock blade (never used one before...pretty smooth, reminds me of the Voshkod from the other day, maybe not quite as smooth)

BBS (was still pretty clean from yesterday's injector shave)

a/s - Dollar General menthol megadosed with M-Bomb. Probably going to carry it with me today when me and the kid are out and about.
Cologne: since it's so humid I'm going with a liberal application of old King's Men scented talc. All over.

Prep: Tepid Water Shower, Brush soaking in ice water
Razor: FaTip Grande head mounted on a Sabi T3 handle
    Blade: SuperMax Super Platinum
Brush: 1950's Stanley Flat Top Badger Brush
    Soap: TSD Sandalwood
    Cream: TSD Wheat Cream Sandalwood
    AS: Aqua Velva Musk
Post: Cold Water Rinse, Ice cube rub, Second Rinse, Double Splash Of Aftershave.

I was finally able to get another handle mounted onto the FaTip Grande head, nothing seemed to work but this morning I would try the Sabi T3 handle as it seems to fit everything. I am glad that I did, as it fit like a charm.

The weight of this handle turned the FaTip into a shaving beast. I hold this handle at the very tip where this is some knurling, not because it is shiny and smooth and I lose grip, which has never happened, but because it makes me use the weight of the handle do all of the work.

First WTG pass produced a DFS. After my rinse I felt around my face and neck and could have stopped, I decided no way, let go for three full passes and see what happend. Second pass was ATG, it went nice and smooth, not one bit of tugging. Rinse, did an ice cube rub down, felt face...damn near a BBS. Lathered up again, went in for the XTG for the third pass. Almost no stubble could be heard except for my typical rough spots. Another rince and ice cube rub down, only one slight trouble spot at adams apple so I applied more lather and just did some light buffing.

This razor/handle combo may become my go to Monday through Friday shaver, as the entire process took less than six minutes and has produced the closest shave I have had in a long time.

Plus just look at it....all of that shiny chrome, a big fat heavy handle, the sexiness of the open comb. Oh yeah, this is shaving!!!

    Warm Shower
Proraso PrePost Green Tea &Oat(new formula)
Mystic Water Coconut ss (face lathered)

    Cold Water Rinse/Ice Cube Rub
Captains Choice spiked with 3 drops M-Bomb :love029::love029::love029::Animatedfrozensmily::Animatedfrozensmily::Animatedfrozensmily:

I've been enjoying these cold water shaves,I have to say I like warm lather better but in this heat the cold water isn't bad at all. I got a very nice BBS face and head shave from the FaTip,pretty smooth and irritation free.I skipped my usual Thayer's and went straight to the Captains Choice with M-Bomb,a very nice combo that I should use more often.
