Open Comb Week 10/1-10/7

Today again the Gem OCMM /w Gem stainless blade, this time combined with Arko and guess what... Full BBS The blade has had some shaves (I didn't count them, but it must be at least five or seven or something like that), but it keeps on going!

 

Friday:

Today I went back to the Cadet TP-27 OC & Gillette 7 O'Clock Black combo.Another great BBS shave,after 4 face and head shaves I retired the Ninja,it still had life,at least for a face shave,not sure if it would survive another dome shave.Tomorrow I think the OCMM .

 

I finished up testing the SuperMax Platinum with my Old Type and it was just the second out of 9 different kinds of blades where my Old Type failed to outperform my 38M

 

For me Old Type as well. Really comfortable DFS+

 

It's the same shave I enjoyed today with just a splash of Superior 70 to finish.

Saturday: Gem OCMM / Ingram cream.
Cofortable, close, clean DFS++. Only just shy of a BBS.
I've only got two OC razors, but boy, do I like them!

A nice and comfy 2 pass face,1 pass head,so nice I'll end the OC Week with this combo

 

Please forgive me, I had to try my "new" Slim Adjustable for the first time last night.

 

That depends... was it a nice shave?

 

Sunday: Gillette Old Style OC, Ingram again, BBS.
The Ingram is growing on me!
