Ohhhh, which site was that? Also, do you speak German? As I was telling Arley, I'm a member of the gut rasiert.de forum. Another point I should bring up is without bragging, my German is a lot better than my English. I speak and read and understand it with native fluency. :)

Do you have the scented or unscented Mdc? I just use mine the other day...it is one of the nicest soaps I have come accross.

I tried to buy it from www.loewenaposhop.at. Here is the link to their Diana products. My good friend from Germany should be coming out to Hong Kong before the end of the year. Maybe he can buy it in Germany and then bring it to me here. Cheers, Lyndon

After just using TTO razors last week, the Muhle R106 actually felt a bit aggressive. :) The Spoiler blade on day 4 still delivered a pretty darn good shave. Day 13 of Movember and and my stash is looking pretty bad-ass, LOL!!

    104_1_shaving_cream_pack1_2.jpg wh_orig_bottle_MED.jpg Tuesday:

    Omega Silver Handle
    Super Speed/7 AM day 2
    Nivea SC :love055: :love055: :love055: :love055:
    Thayer's Witch Hazel :love055: :love055: :love055: :love055:
    Lubriderm unscented moisturizer
Oscar de la Renta Pour Lui EDT

Today I wanted to show my Omega Silver Handle some love, and it loved me back by giving me some great lather with the Nivea cream which I definitely should use more often because it's really good stuff. I never used witch hazel in my life until today - it stung quite a bit, but then it felt good and soothing. This morning's shave was terrific. ;) :D

Face Wash: Nivea Moisturizing Face Wash
    Pre-Shave Lather: None
    Shave Lather: Derby Menthol SC
    Razor: Gem 1912
Blade: Ted Pella PTFE coated (1)
    Brush: Vulfix 660S Medium
Post: Witch Hazel/Vodka/Aloe/Glycerin mixture followed by Nivea Extreme Comfort

First time with the Gem and the Derby SC. The Gem was ok, but will need more practice. The Derby was just OK. I'll try it a few more times, but I may be getting rid of it. There's just enough menthol that you know it's there, but not enough so that you get a menthol effect.

I was up several times in the night calming my youngest down, as she is very sick. So I wasnt sure how the shave was going to go. Surprisingly it went very well! The razor is much less aggressive than I had thought. I was using a Vikings Sword blade in it, and though the first pass seemed a bit uncomfortable, most likely due to the 2 day growth, the second one was as smooth ad can be! ;) Its a great razor and one I think I will get replated and keep as a permanent part of my collection!

    Happy shaving!

    • Prep: Brush soaking in ice water, face washed with Neutrogena Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Anti-Blemish Cleanser, luke warm shower
    • Razor: Gillette Tech mounted to Matador Capa Dorada Handle
    • Blade: Perma-Sharp Super Stainless
    • Brush: Semogue 620 Boar
    • Cream: Lea Sensitive Cream
    • AS: Krampert's Finest Acadian Spice Bay Rum
    • Post: Cold Water Rinse, Double Splash of Aftershave
I like pairing the top cap of from my Rhodium Tech to a gold base plate as I just like the look...I was looking at the Matador and a light bulb went off in my head, why not use that handle as it will match. I think this combination looks great, plus it feels really good in my hand.

I cannot say enough good things about Perma-Sharps,I just love them. For my face I would probably rank them number one, with Feather's running a close second, Personna Med Preps a very close third and Polisliver SI coming in right behind them.

I am running low on my Lea creams. I think on my next order I will be getting a couple tubes of the mentholated, another sensitive and the larger professional size for barbershops.

If you have never tried a Bay Rum that you liked I would highly recommend the Krampert's. It smells of the holidays, which is great for this time of the year. I feel like I want to baste a ham with it...some may say that I am basting a ham with it when I apply it ;)
