whatever for? thread-jacking is fun! In other news, I forgot to mention the various Anglican forums I read daily and rarely post to. Goes with my vocation.
EDCforums would be where I spend most of my time lurking when not in the Shave Den. I occasionally check the 'Down Under' threads in Straight Razor Place. I probably tend to lurk on a few other forums as I've been a member of them for a while. I have been a member of boards.ie (an Irish forum) since I lived there in the 90's. I still read there regularly. I am a long time member of Rotorburn (mountain bike forum) as I use to race. Now I just lurk. Newtriton.net a 4WD forum.
For me my first love is Home roasting coffee. I am a charter member of CSA (Coffee Snobs of America) http://home.comcast.net/~mdmint/coffee/csa12steps.htm As far as forums I am an Active member of the forum at Sweet Marias. http://www.sweetmarias.com/index.php
Forums that I'm active on and that I stalk are as follows: trucknetuk.com -- lot of interesting info on trucking homemodelenginemachinist.com -- for the hobby engineer in me tamiyaclub.com -- still a kid at heart classicmachinery.net -- love old tractors and trucks hcvc.com.au -- once again trucks..... think i might really like them gunsite.co.za -- I like guns, wha can I say? and pretty soon sarl.org.za, just waiting to do my Amateur Radio license next year
I'm a member on a croatian shaving forum www.brijacnica.com but I only visit every now and then , since there isn't really much activity there, so basically I'm only active on TSD
I was a frequent debater/contender at theologyonline for a good while but don't have the time for it now. There's a scale modeling site I still semi-frequent. Selftrepanning.com (gold level lifetime member) with Secret Insider links and coupon codes for Dremel.com. Frequent reader of Jimmy Moore's low carb blog. Here.
Here are mine: http://community.haplozone.net/ Genetics http://www.ancestry.com/ Geneology http://www.zerohedge.com/ News and forum http://www.whenshtf.com/forum.php Modern day survival forum https://www.kitcomm.com/forumdisplay.php?f=8 Silver Forum
RimfireCentral.com DefensiveCarry.com As you might guess, I'm a firearms enthusiast, and shoot competitively when I can.
I love forums, and whenever I find a new hobby I seek out a new forum. I do run/administer a Sea Kayaking forum, but do not participate much besides spam removal. I lurk in a Norse photo forum and on Nikongear.com. Once in a while I check out a few outdoors/hiking forum. But having little time for any of the outdoors stuff, I try to stay away.
awesome! thanks for the rimfirecentral.com, will look into that as I'm currently thinking about starting to shoot competitively
Besides The Shave Den, I am or was a member at the following forums: Badger & Blade Fountain Pen Network Shave My Face Shave Nook I have not been on B&B in years, and almost never visit the rest. As I am increasingly busy, less time is spent even at TSD. There are plenty of forums out there, some friendly, others with some really wacked out individuals and a few in-between the two. No forum I have ever seen can equal the warm, welcoming vibe found here.
Like bamat I am a shooter too. I belong to rimfirecentral as well as sigforum and a bunch of computer related forums.
Apart from TSD...I belong to B&B and The Shave Nook.....And then Im a member on a honda rebel forum (obviously for people who ride honda rebels lol). And then im an avid player of an online pirate game called Seafight.....it also has a forum section and open chat.
