Were these razors marketed by Gillette as an adjustable gillette? Or just sort of what an adjustable Gillette would look like.
These razors are well known in the wetshaving community as they have been around for over 40 years. They were designed and marketed by Gillette as adjustables razors. The blade exposure can be adjusted from a mild razor to a very aggressive razor. This is accomplished by dialing the desired number on the dial. Some of the legendary models include the highly coveted 195 and the Toggle. I personally own 10 of these adjustables razors. And no I am not selling any of them. BTW these razors were not known as adjustables super speeds just Gillette adjustables, the fat boy and the slim and later the long adjustable. Raf
I'm restoring a Gillette Fat Boy even as we speak... One of the best adjustables ever made... You can't go wrong if you purcahase one of these... A Slim is a close second... Enjoy your shave...
Technically correct... They look like super speeds only adjustable (in different versions "Fat Boy" and "Slim")...
Still working on getting a Slim Adjustable. Lot of confusion by sellers on Superspeeds and one of the above.
