I'll say!! That single ring looks like you picked it up new at the drug store yesterday...lol... So you're either a very lucky man, or you found that Quantum Wormhole to a parallel universe where its the turn of the Century...lol....Either way, shes a beauty....wishing you many great shaves with her... PS...and let me know if you go back in time again; razor hunting...I'd like one aswell....
6/8 Hoffritz Simpsons SC 23mm Shavemac Finest The Simpsons cream provided everything that was missing in yesterdays shave, protection. I self scented this cream with vetiver and lavender with a little menthol added and find it to be a superb cream. I should use more creams in the winter because of the good skin care qualities, maybe it's time to try Proraso Sandalwood. Very smooth, close and comfortable shave this morning. Have a good one. picture sharing

Wednesday: #6 Horsehair Super Speed/Goal day 2 Derbylux SC 444 AS Balsam Max Refreshing AS YSL Pour Homme EDT Another great and very cooling shave - the Derbylux cream from Hungary is made by Caola-Alfa which also produces the Barbon and Figaro shaving lines. This cream has awesome lather with a very nice scent, it gives a good menthol effect which the 444 balsam and Max Refreshing aftershave intensify.
Wednesday's Shave Arko Shave Stick-bowl lathered Omega 10029 1938 Gillette Senator Open-Comb TTO Perma-Sharp Super d2 Old Spice AS/Rebul Lavanda Colonia I got such a great shave on Mon. doing the 1st pass with my Schick I2 and 2nd pass and touch ups with this Senator, that I was going to experiment with these two razors this week...Well yesterday I didn't have time so I gave the Injector the love...and was rewarded with such a great shave...I thought it only fare to extend the same opportunity to the Senator today.... Well I've never gotten a better shave...that goes without question...2 & 1/2 passes of pure heavenly shaving satisfaction...
Is this the same Hoffritz whose vintage slants and open combs are so desirable, and had stores in Manhatten back in the day?? Sorry.....I just saw an earlier post and realize it is...Congratulations!! I know Hoffritz sold rebranded razors, but all that I've heard is that they only sold great stuff....and all their products were a pleasure to use....therefore, their razors are still so popular today...What do you think?

Yes, and they were noted to sell only high quality cutlery items. This straight looks like it will live up to their rep. Takes a superb edge and is a fine shaver.
