So my in-laws divorce is getting ugly; now my brothers in law are fighting with my wife and causing her unneccessary heartache. If I happen to disappear for a while it's because I shattered one of the two morons' jaws and I'm in jail IT'S A MONDAY, DEFINITELY.
-35 tonight out here by the base. I think I'm going to skip the menthol shaves for a few days until the weather gets better. YEESH.
I got a new playpretty over the weekend! Picked up an early 50's Smith Corona Sterling with Floating Shift. This thing is immaculate. Whoever owned it before really took care of it, keeping it oiled and clean. Even had a new ribbon on it!
Nope, nothink like that over here. We already think it's cold at 20 F (that was last saturday morning), and now it's again up to 54F. Feels warm!
Got a shot for back pain today. Not so much fun, but I feel much better after. Came home & blended a spray cologne for a co-worker.
Hi All from sunny (Dutch) Sint Maarten! The Penquinators and I are having a great time in 75+ weather with a few passing showers. Mike, I think half of the old age homes for your countrymen are on vacation here at the moment. But, I haven't seen any minions yet. Anyhow, some pics for you all.... On a more serious note, I did manage (as is typical when I travel) to hamburger my throat while shaving. I even drew blood. Ah well. My fault for not prepping better.
Mostly good, but for one aggravating teenager. She wanted to know why she failed, and when I gave her specific information, she told me I was nuts and wouldn't shut up long enough for me to respond.
Oh and Mike, I tried bitterballen (Dutch fried meat puree) for lunch. Um, not sure what to say about that except that I tried them. Not sure I'd want to repeat it tho.
No sense complicating the lives of teens with specifics and facts...apparently they're not relevant in today's culture anyway. And don't look for the NEA to help teachers, they'll side with the delusional student on it. Sad sad sad sad sad sad sad
