Wednesday: #6 Horsehair Super Speed/Rapira day 3 Palmolive Classic SC Lubriderm unscented moisturizer Sir Canada Cedar AS Givenchy Gentleman EDT A silky-smooth BBS shave this morning which was dedicated to my dear friend Thorsten in Germany. I always loved the Palmolive Classic cream because of its wonderful lather and skincare and nice scent. This Canada Cedar aftershave is a very rare gem now - I received it at least 7 years ago.

Razor: Gem MM Clog-Pruf Blade: Gem CS (2) Shave: 3-pass Post: cold water rinse and Proraso aftershave The Clog-Pruf didn't give quite as close a shave as the Open Comb I used on Sunday. Very nice shave though.
6/8 Case Castle Forbes Lime 22mm Omega boar knot Yesterday I showed off my favorite razor. The Case I used today will probably bump the Spear out of the N0. 1 spot soon. This is a fairly new razor, I think I've used it twice but is a superbly comfortable razor that takes a great edge and delivers a nice shave. BTW, I'll probably have to eat a little crow over the Castle Forbes but I'm still not wild about the scent but performance is darn good. Have a good one. I noticed the knot on the center brush isn't straight, it's not glued just stuck in for the pic.

Well...Experiment complete. The scent didn't seem to be affected too much. Still had the classic scent and after adding about 2 grams of menthol crystals I got a great cooling as well. That stuff is potent! Probably enough to stop a Kodiak Grizzly in his tracks! Thought I had overdone it at first, but turned out great!

Wednesday morning, May 15, 2013 Schick E2 Injector with Schick blade (4) Omega 20102 Pro Boar brush, C O Bigelow Premium shave Cream, Topped off with cold water, Witch Hazel and Captain's Choice Bay Rum! Cold water two pass+ for a really smooth comfortable DFS! This shave was particularly fine! I'm getting the right lather and I'm very find of this Omega. Wasn't feeling well Yesterday so a good shave reall made me happy this morning. Aces!
Gillette slim adjustable Wilkinson sword IB LE Semogue Ogallalla bay rum limes and peppercorns soap and AS 444 balm Great shave today. Lather was a little thin so I reloaded on my second pass. I added just a small touch of the 444 for some cooling.

The Fatboy had a gap issue, as the gap is larger on one side. It actually looks like a small slant razor. Does anyone know how to fix or who I can ask?

JoAnna hit a grand slam with this scent-it's identical to the soap. Perfect citrus scent that works very nicely with menthol. Ok, I don't think I've ever experienced anything that doesn't work with menthol.
