Nice on the Tom Tom pickup. We bartered for a new copier at work last fall. The last time they had to come out and fix our old one, they told me that it was so old that parts were no longer available. If it went down, it was staying there. I had to figure out how to fix laser printers, but copiers are well beyond me. Best of luck with it.
Well, once more unto the breach. Heading out for another Ex in Wainwright tomorrow for a few more weeks; hopefully things will have settled down a bit and I can check in from time to time but I have no idea how this one is going to go - see ya guys soon
We took my youngest daughter to the neurologist today to rule out some developmental issues she's having with the muscles in her legs and hips. Appointment was for 9. We got there early at 0845 to do paperwork. At 9 the staff told us the doctor hadn't arrived yet. He finally showed up at 10. Thank goodness she's a happy baby, and that the doctor turned out to be a nice and very apologetic guy. Otherwise this morning could have been ugly. This is a long way of saying I feel your pain.
A) Been shaving the past 2 weeks with BIC Metals. Aside from just lacking in weight (being an inexpensive disposable razor), I still really like them. Was digging out some blades to give to someone and they somehow kinda jumped out at me, decided to use them for awhile for change of pace since I haven't used any in quite some time. Thinking next week I may go with the old Schick Diamond FX for a few shaves. Just revisiting some oldies but goodies B) Acquired a Motorola MotoACTV Saturday, really great deal from an old college friend who hadn't used it in awhile, since he started using some of the Nike+ stuff. Man, this thing is pretty cool, been interested in it since they first came out, but price being an issue, never pulled the trigger. Now I just gotta get the watch band for it I'm wondering how long after bapple releases their mewatch before they sue Motorola for copying their designs.......3 years prior (don't laugh or scoff, you know they'll do it)
The something in place fell through... And this meeting I think would have been the one to usher me out, but I have opened an ethics investigation and so they cant do anything until its resolved...so I have another meeting on 2 weeks....sigh....
Life has a crappy way of dragging things out, sometimes. I'm praying that things will be peacefully resolved for you soon, and you can get some forward direction again.
I'm getting a new (to me) typewriter today! Also, we're taking the stray kitty to the vet to get her checked out before bringing her in the house with the other 2 cats. I know, I know, I swore it wouldn't be coming in... but she wants so badly to be house cat, I just don't have the heart to turn her away. I'm a sucker.
They're a little behind down there in Texas. But, don't say anything. On the plus side, I hear they're getting indoor plumbing soon.
Our lack of indoor plumbing is merely a myth. We've been able square up a wall real pretty like for nigh on a hunert years.
Oddly enough, I'm curious to see the inside of that thing. I mean, I know it's a joke and all, but I wonder how committed they were to it. Is it a functioning outhouse? Does it work like it's implied to work, or did they design to actually somehow allow the use of both portals without "cross contanimination." I'm curious.

Plumbin? Walls? ¿Qué es esto? yeah, but you still didn't answer the question. Inquiring minds want to know!
