Had some yard work to get out of the way before the weekend, so I didn't shower and shave as soon as I woke like I usually do. Its hot here in O-H-I-O, the humidity that we'd been lacking has arrived. This set up is perfect for a hot day! The eucalyptus in the Bigelow has a nice cooling effect but doesn't take it too far. The Florida water is awesome when its hot, and for some reason I really like it when its humid. It dries to a nice cinnamon/bay run accord. Get shaved up and looking good, gents, and have a fantastic weekend!

That cooling effect in the Bigelow would be from the menthol, not the eucalyptus.
Eucalyptus can actually be used as a flavoring. Don't think you'd want to be ingesting menthol!

http://www.uncleharrys.com/store/article.php?pamphlet=eucalyptus says Eucalyptus oil has a cooling effect when applied on the skin. This is due to its releasing oxygen molecules. It is recommended for fevers. Cold compresses made with eucalyptus oil added to water and applied to the legs can help bring down the temperature of fevers.

You're incorrect. I have omega in a tub, which has eucalyptus and no menthol. It produces a cooling effect. Bigelow has minimal menthol. I understand menthol does cool, eucalyptus does too. Have a good weekend!

This was my first go with the Red Tip and the razor took off 2 days of stubble like it's nobody's business. I thought it would be way more aggressive, but it was very nice.
