Aqua velva Musk

Just tried this for first time...got a good wang to it. Anybody else like it?

Howdy! I've used it a few times. I still have a bottle. It's an OK AF/Cologne. Always, Gene

 

I love the stuff. Just ran out of the last drippings from my glass bottle. I have some in the plastic still. Drop a little menthol in it, it is divine then.

Just for the record, I decanted some AV Ice Sport into my old AV musk bottle. That bottle didn't go to waste.

 

I've never tried it.

 

I have half a bottle and a full on standby.

 

I use it on occasion as well and mine has also been crystallized (Mentholated).

 

I could take it or leave it. Since my wife doesn't like it, I leave it.
For me to wear any cologne or scented aftershave, we both have to like it.

 

I have some myself and it's ok I guess, the scent does seem to last a while....However for me the best thing about it is the glass bottle...When the bottle gets empty I'll probably do like battle.munky and decant some AV Ice Sport into it. I already have my AV Ice Blue decanted to a Nivea postshave balm glass bottle..

 

That's the reason I rarely use any of the AV stuff.
I don't mind it—it's okay in my book—but mi esposa can't abide the stuff.

 

Crap. I just threw out my Nivea bottle.....didn't even think of repurposing it.

I did find that Brut has some red stuff in a glass bottle at WalMart. Doesn't smell too bad, but worth it for the repurposing when it is gone.

 

Yes I have the red Brut AS myself, not too bad, but I'm trying to cut down my selection of AS's and I wanted the bottle also...

 

At first I was OK with AV Musk, but the more I used it the less it appealed to me (and my wife too). Plenty of folks like it so it was easy to give away. I (we) much prefer the musks from Old Spice, Master, and Clubman.
