Kids had great fun, my kitchen smells like a bad sushi restaurant with all the shells they picked up off the beach at low tide, and I have the farmers tan to end all tans, but it was great We drove from Ladysmith to Kamloops, stayed overnight and then took off in the morning again, and did the thing in 2 stretches; it wasn't too bad but the 2nd day was terrible for the driving time LOL.
Thank goodness you're no longer honeless, Steve! Rich, I said the exact same thing about the new Doctor looking more like a new the Master. Thanks for all the thoughts, prayers, and well wishes for my little princess. It was less stressful than her hip surgery hospital stay. She is doing well now. Still recovering, of course. After the surgery, the doctor told us that Jenna's tonsils were ginormous (actual word the doctor used).
Glad to know that Jenna is on the mend (though I do think it should be illegal for doctors to use the word "ginormous").
Teaching my wife to do an oil change tomorrow. NO WAY I'm paying Mr. Lube $135 when I'm out of town to pump in fancy synthetic they suckered her into when I just bought a filter and the 5.2L of conventional oil I need for $22.
I had lunch with my grandma today. Had some hot wings, onion rings, and an Amber Bock. She paid too! What a nice grandma.

Made some wonderful ribs last night. What made them better was the sauce recipe I found. I don't think ill be buying BBQ sauce again! Edit to add photo
