It's a whiskey BBQ sauce, the ingredients are below, and here's the link: http://amazingribs.com/recipes/BBQ_sauces/tennessee_hollerin_whiskey_BBQ_sauce.html Ingredients 2 cups Jack Daniel's Black Label or Bourbon 1 cup ketchup 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons malt vinegar 4 tablespoons dark molasses1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional) ***** So tomorrow I find out if I get the job at my friend's company or not. Well...Management are meeting to discuss if I will get the job or not, given I will be senior management if hired. I can't even begin to describe how stressed out I am. Right now I don't know if I want to laugh, cry, or sleep! WHat I do know is that tomorrow will start off with a nice shave...If I don't get it, at least the day would have started right! ***** On a third note...I am going to be replacing my nasty old BBQ when I start working again. I'll be going for a Weber Kettle. I like the sound of charcoal grills turning out better tasting food than propane. I found a blue colored "Gold One-Touch" for $80 new...but I don't dare buy it until I have income! That's about it!
Good Luck! And you can't go wrong with a Weber kettle grill, they're the best charcoal grills made and 5-10 years from now you will still be able to find replacement parts (handles, grids, etc) easily.
Waking up on the lake, watching the sun rise, raising the American flag and sipping my coffee. That's why I am ........... Lakebound.
I just got back from a trip to PA. Found a nice Gem Micromatic at an antique shop.. Pics in the morning.
Well, after a stressful day of waiting, I got a call this afternoon from a potential employer. I was offered the Controller position at a friends business. Him (my friend) and the CEO saw that I could do what was required, and they asked me to join! I am very excited to get back to work after 3 months of sitting at home and looking for jobs! I start Monday morning...and it should be very interesting. It will be hard, but it will be fun! Really it is my dream job because I am helping the company transition from a small operation to a large one (creating future plans, budgets, policy, implementing an ERP system...should be fun!).
