I have to say, when it comes to you career guys in the military, you have my utmost respect... Not my understanding, mind you, but my respect, for sure.

I spent last night in the ER, wth pain in my side. Turns out I has kidney stones. (I had them once before, so I suspected this.) Not pleasant, but at least it's something treatable.

Father, I pray for Your healing on Sara for quick relief and healing of the kidney stones, that she would be blessed and You would be glorified. In Jesus' name. Amen

Oooh! Feel better quickly! I've never had the "pleasure," but I understand they are quite painful.

    Howdy y'all.
Been kinda absent this week, first week of school is always....trying. Especially for the tech dept. But, it's been surprisingly smooth thus far, just busy.
Plus with my daughter's crazy schedule this year, holy carpe diem!
Went to see her play in the band at her first football game last night. The band rocked...football team - not so much.
Did I mention it's her first high school football game, not the first middle school game? Yep, they brought her up to the high school band for marching season to play marimba in the pit section. She's excited of course, and we are too, but...this schedule is wearing us out already. She hasn't even started dance or volleyball yet, LOL.
And my son's schedule of soccer and other activities hadn't started yet either.

    Neolithium I am Canadian, eh

Just finished giving a few razors a loving bathroom cleaner soak, and they're nice and sparkly again. Just going to do some brushes in borax and then I'll be ready for tomorrow. I probably should do my Aristocrat but since there's a 1mm chunk of plating missing inside the handle that retracts, I'm just going to gently give it a toothbrush wash instead of a soak.

Also reading up on winemaking since I'm one of the few men in my family who haven't started it. Could be a nice relaxing hobby having racks of wine aging in the basement next to my workbench which will become my eventual brush restoration center LOL.
