I just tried Speick Cream for the first time this morning. As expected, it quickly produced an excellent lather and gave me a great shave. I have the Speick Stick and like it too. I will be adding some of the aftershave soon. I personally enjoy the scent.

The scent is what turned me off to Speick.

I used Speick Cream too. It wasn't the best cream i used...the scent wasn't interessant. When the tube was empty i was glad. I would not buy it again. The After Shave was better, but there i didn't liked the scent too...

Shoot.. and I just bought a tube from Rossmann last week.... :D

I have yet to try it. But I have the soap stick - love the scent and performance. Should I expect same performance with the cream?

I've used Speick cream for years and I enjoy, very inexpensive but a very rich shaving cream, one of the better shaving values, no sacrificing quality for money here. You have to be middle aged to enjoy the scent. Its on the order Tabac, 4711, Fougere, " cool like grandpa and grandma" so the Penquin is right but I am middle aged so I like the scent of the cream and cologne.

I like Speick a lot. Use the cream, soap and aftershave and sometime this is all I take with me on vacations. Good skin conditioning properties too, and that was hard to find for me.

Hmmm.... maybe I'll remember to give it a sniff the next time I drop by Pasteur's.

The lather was good, that's right...but i don't why my skin didn't liked it that much. Maybe because of the Speick...

It's a pretty good cream, and there are worse smelling creams out there IMHO... Don't like the Active version, though.

    Regards.

I used the Speick after shave for nearly 1/2 the bottle before I moved away from it. Never tried the cream or soap

Of my creams in tubes, Speick is what I reach for the most. Great smell and lathers exceptionally well.

To my nose, its a very herbal, lavender scent—a bit medicinal-smelling, perhaps due those last 2 ingredients.
A floral, yet masculine scent. I do like the somewhat earthy, herbal scent most mornings.
    Maybe it's an over-40 thing. ;)
Could be. I'm not much for the more-modern Axe aromas……….:p

Did I ever mention that I hate Axe? It's for rookies. I don't like aerosol sprays in general.
