Let it dry out a few days, grate it and repack.

That's a really good idea, thanks. In the past, I've just kept using it until the doughnut becomes a life preserver, and then I scoop it out and sort of smoosh it on top of the next puck. The new puck is lumpy for a week or so, but who cares?

Yes, using up a puck of soap is like getting permission to buy five more!

Personally, I had fun that day. Bow before the power of the Penguin! <evil laugh>

I mean, um, yeah, that was a real pain for everyone.

I just put a new puck of glycerin soup on top, pop it in the micronucleator and melt them together.

Nothing wrong with a soap donut. It will still lather quite nicely until it get really thin.

Yeah. I just kept using it until it became a pain, then I just sort of squished everything towards the centre. Now I'm good for another few weeks.

Hmm... Interesting. I just noticed that your mug has little ridges at the base. That should help keep the donut from doing donuts, and is a nice feature to have on the mug. What kind of mug is it?

Old Spice shave mugs have little tabs like that.

I was working that day. It was powder from an envelope. Good times.
