Not adding enough water to my lather and having to re-lather because it's too dry.

Only getting to shave once a day...

That, and the hollow between my lower lip and chin... It's either left stubbly or so close it's irritated.

Probably shaving the unregimented whiskers on my neck and Adam's apple area.

But I think I have it solved: A Merkur Slant razor with a proper blade.

I have tough whiskers, but surprisingly I find a CVS DE blade to be the solution. The match of slant and a humble CVS blade is the perfect balance for me between too sharp and not sharp enough.

A slant razor is easier and more simple than J hooking or Gillette sliding, though those also are potential solutions. I consider the slant razor to be God's special gift to wayward shavers who want to do better.

I seem to always get irritation on my lower neck. I think I might have a slight crease in my skin in that area, but it is, without exception, the most easily irritated spot on my face. Btw, thank you for for contributing so much to the traditional shaving community Mantic! Just ordered my first Hydrolast products from CAR because of seeing your videos :)

Mine is pretty specific Mark: going against the grain on my mustache with an injector. I have damn near aced every aspect of traditional wet shaving at this point from straights to DEs but the main problem I have that I can't seem to get irritation free is ATG on my mustache with an injector. I can even go ATG with a straight on my mustache......

Might be a bit too specific for a video though.

FWIW I've asked this question at other venues as well and neck issues are by far the biggest concern.

Neck issues sounds like a good topic to me. After a lot of experimenting I've got a technique that works for me most of the time but every now and then, I get some irritation on my neck and have no clue what caused it. Sometimes it happens even when I haven't changed anything so I guess it must be technique? Maybe just a tiny amount of extra pressure, an extra swipe, or blade angle?

That's an awful lot of stubble still left on his face, neckbeard notwithstanding.

Proper stretching techniques for my neck mostly is a problem for me. As a lot of flat lying hair on the neck would be easier to get smooth by stretching. If I understood how to stretch them properly but I can't seem to ever get it right.

Finding info for women who use DE razors. Maybe you could make a video showing a woman shaving her legs with a DE.

I agree that this is my biggest issue. Especially at the very bottom of the neck hairline where the grain shoots off in ever conceivable direction. No matter how careful I am it seems that I tug and bleed a tiny spot every single time. Nothing serious, but it is an aggravation.

My neck is almost impossible to get right without a weeper. The hair grows in a circle pattern on either side of my adams apple. When I do get it right I end up with ingrown hairs a few days later.
