Will do. The cover opening looks as if it may accommodate other heads. I can tell you for certain, the FUTUR will not fit.
My Bullgoose order got here. I'll post pics after work. Unfortunately SOMEHOW the USPS or Canada Post managed to shatter my Myrsol Emulsion bottle; fortunately I was able to at least salvage 80% of the contents into a TOBS container I had empty, which sucks because I was actually looking forward to having that gorgeous glass bottle on my shelf. Oh well.
Saved me posting a picture...as I recieved mine on Saturday. I am liking the R41....can really feel the blade. The cover fits on my Merkur 180 long pole.
Arrived today from the UK: 1x Nanny's Ice & a Slice SS 1x 444 AS Balm 1x Real Shaving Company Menthol SC 1x Large Turkish Horsehair Brush A very special thanks to my dear friend Brian - you're such a great guy. I'll never forget this!
I replenished my Coate's Creams (Lavender & Sandalwood) and got my six 8 oz Jars from Specialty Bottles today. I have been wanting a Fat Handle Tech. I just got one on a B/S/T. I look forward to shaving with it soon!
Got my order from The Shaving Yeti yesterday: Yeti Snot and five samples: Dreamsicle, Columbian Necktie, Shore Leave, Morning Wood, and Yeti Snot. And yes you've heard correctly the Snot is nice and chilly, so if you're a serious menth head or a little insane (but then aren't we all) give a shot. I haven't tried the others yet, but I've got a small problem since the samples are in cubes, do I melt them and make pucks, grate and mash 'em into a bowl, or use them like a shave stick. Personally I'm thinking shave stick. And if I decide to buy full pucks then I can melt the sample with the puck.
Here's my haul so far this month - got the SE fever... 1912 Gem W/Case 1914 Ever Ready W/Case 1924 Ever Ready The only non SE is my birth year/quarter 1961 Gillette Slim G3 There are also some soaps from Sterling - love the Margaritas in the Arctic
Picked up my first Rolls Razor Viscount yesterday and just bought another one on Ebay today. Here's the one from yesterday, it's a 1952.
Hi together, today i bought this: A really fine Whiskey. Normally i don´t like "smokey" Whiskeys, but i tried a drum a few months ago,and since this day the taste had hooked me. Just the right balance of sweet and smoke. I´m really happy to open the bottle in the next few minutes and enjoy the full flavour. Life can be perfect sometimes.
Thanks! I just bought another Viscount online that was actually used that I'm going to start shaving with. Been reading lots on here getting ready to start using it properly.
Fantastic! What a great idea. A tool roll-up for your shave tools. I just bought a mini tool box at Lowe's this morning so the roll-up gives me even more ideas for my "tools" http://theshaveden.com/forums/threads/tool-box-for-your-shave-tools.36239/#post-640143
