Well, since I didn't freeze my face off this morning I'll do that tomorrow for Menthol Monday! Gatsby Ice Cooling Gel Facial Wash #6 Horsehair Super Speed/new Permasharp Mama Bear Awakenings SS 444 AS Balm Osage Rub AS Dolce & Gabbana EdT I've got a great set-up ready for tomorrow morning which I guarantee will really put those icicles in my face. The Gatsby facial wash starts the freezing process, the Awakenings soap turns your face into a block of ice, and the 444 balm and the Rubby Dubby Doo is a combination which will make it so frozen that you'll almost be numb all day!

Dove Men's Face Wash Van Der Hagen Luxury Shave Soap Semogue 1305 Boar Brush Gillette Fat-handled Tech Gillette 7 O'Clock (2) CWR Thayers Cucumber WH Pinaud Clubman AS I really liked the VDH Luxury Shave Soap today. I loaded a little longer with the Semogue 1305 and face lathered for excellent lather. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette Fat Handle Tech and Gillette 7 O'Clock blade gave me a BBS shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Cucumber WH and Pinaud Clubman after shave. Once again, I am clean, smooth, and refreshed.

I use a Chip Dip Chiller for my scuttle. I found it on the bay for less than $15.00. The Shake Sharp paired with the Viking Sword is a great combination for me. The Barbon shave cream and after shave gave the right amount of chill. The whole setup came together nicely for a BBS finish. Have a blessed day!

Menthol Monday: Prep: Hot compress, Crown Shaving Co. Supreme Glide Preshave lotion (all gone ) Brush: Simpson 56 Best Badger Soap: Ginger's Garden Grass Stain Menthol Snow Razor: Merkur 41c 1904 OC Blade: Bic Chrome Platinum (2) Passes: WTG, XTG (2, 3) Post: Cold water rinse, Dickinson's WH, Lucky Tiger Menthol Vanishing Cream Back at it today, having upended the container of preshave lotion to get as much of it as possible from what little remained. The soap was as smooth, lubricating, and frigid as ever, but something about the initial pass still produced more tugging than I've grown used to. Perhaps the FaTip's relative aggressiveness has me spoiled. Two passes got me DFS+ results, and the Lucky Tiger - once I thoroughly cleansed off the residue - has my skin well cared-for and positively frosty.
