Stopped by a Salvation Army store to see if I could find a used vac coffee pot and found this on one of the shelves for a buck so picked it up. I believe it is a Russian Shave Cream but woman at the counter stated it is a pre-shave cream but it appears similar to Gada in thickness. I am currently in the middle of a Bay Rum week so will not be able to check it out until next week and just curious to what I have. Appreciate any help that is provided.
From what could be seen, there is written "для бритья" which means for shaving, so it should be probably regular shaving cream. Too bad back side is blurry. Haven't seen this one so far, so take my apologies if I'm wrong.
I was on Googles Translation page when your post came through and came up with the same as you but appreciate your feedback. When I get home later tonight I am going to re-take the backside of the tube and this time proof it before I take the card out of the camera.
I have a tube of that shave cream that I received in trade from Dmitry(ASD). I haven't opened it yet as I am still a few years from getting to it due to an excess of open product. No idea what it is as I dont understand Russian, but most of the Russian creams I have tried have been at least good with most being above average.
Time for Cracky Wacky Ticky Tacky Little Old Me to chime in. Yes, I have that cream, and it is called "Znakhar'" which in Russian means "sorcerer" or "witch doctor." It is excellent - a nice, classy scent, awesome lather, and wonderful skincare. It uses good, clean, and natural ingredients to keep the skin feeling smooth and well-protected against razor burn and irritation. Just a little dab'll do ya for your lathering!
LMAO! I haven't heard that song in over 40 years. Remember my mom use to really like this song. Thanks for the memories!
