Package arrived today. We'll see how soon I can work the soap into the rotation. No waiting on the pit stick...;)

Initial application/use of the Organic Petal Pusher/HTGAM Cavendish Artisan Live Enzyme deodorant (whew!—I thought the Shea Moisture line had long product names!).
A light, pleasing scent—and the stick is a bit stubborn ("tuggy" as accurately described in the OP) to get going. As with most products containing shea butter, however, once skin temp warms the stick, a smooth layer blends in easily.
I have so far resisted the temptation to 'pit sniff' but that situation may or may not change as the day wears on. :p

Right... didn't you see the telethon? I'm hoping to get on a transplant list tho. Hopefully, something with not too much hair. :p

Good point about warming up to body temp. I noticed the same thing. I love the scent.

Coconut Bay SS and Cavandish Pit Stick have arrived. The Pit Stick smells pit-sniff worthy, to be sure. I haven't lathered up the Coconut Bay yet and the puck is still cold from the mail, but initial impression is that I can't detect the lime and I would prefer more coconut. But, I'll work it into my rotation starting Sunday and reserve full judgement on the scent until then. No doubt, it will be a very good performer.

Feathers would look so much better.

I'm just a rebel and I'll never be any good. :D

Today's my first use and I can ditto what others have said about it being a little tricky to apply. I partly solved this by using the edge of the stick to apply rather than the flat/top and by warming the stick just slightly with a quick blast of my hair dryer. The sensation after applying is a bit odd at first, but it goes away quickly. The scent is terrific.

Have you any idea what feathered pits go for these days?! yeesh.

It's just after 1pm and I'm still unstunk and smelling of cavendish. OK, I like this scent, but I don't need or want to smell it all day long. I just want to not stink. Maybe I applied too much.

You'll need to gauge the reaction of those in the closest proximity to you…just to be sure. :D

It's so hard to get someone else to sniff one's pits these days.

Not even if you offer them some herring? ( A carrot usually works for me.)

Well, that might work, except that I have the additional complication of the sniffer being afraid of what the Penguinators might do to him/her if said sniffer gives a negative report.:kar:

    So, try herring & champagne.

    oooh... decadent!

So, it's the end of the day and I'm pretty happy with the pit stick. The cavendish finally toned down by mid-afternoon to an acceptable level that it wasn't immediately noticeable. Now, at the end of the day, and there's a small bit of .... uh... aroma, but it's acceptable. The cavendish is still noticeable.

Anyhow, my body probably needs to adjust a bit, but so far so good. The true test will be post-gym, but I won't get there until next week probably.

Semi-unrelated, but I didn't care for the HTGM Coconut Bay SS that I ordered with the Deo. I'm really particular about my bay rum and there just wasn't enough coconut for me. So, the SS is going into a PIF and I just ordered some PPF Oakmoss & Sage (small) and some of their Coconut (also small).

It's great stuff isn't it. I get a kick out of it everday. Can't get enough of the cavendish scent.
