Sounds about like the mechanic that I used to use. Every other week I was putting my truck in the shop. I went to a mechanic about 12 blocks away from my house that had been recommended years ago. (I talked to the man and didn't like his attitude) so I never went there. Anyway to make a long stroy short I took my truck to this guy. He fixed a problem that was going on with the truck. That was 14months ago. My old mechanic was nickle and dime me to death. Every time I went in there it was $700. or more. and he would have my truck for a week or more. I should have listened to my neighbor about the mechanic I am using now 15 years ago.

You use the arrow keys, duh! :D

You combine tiles of like number, ultimately trying to get a tile of value 2048. I've gotten a 1024, with a 512 and a 256 once - oh so close, but each move you make adds a tile, which will balance out when you combine two or more.
    Or something like that

    It's a webcomic...xkcd.com

Cool, I think they're good though. I'm still at home, my parents and uncle have been with her all week. They're talking like she's going to get to come home in a day or so, though, so seems whatever they're doing is working.

Wow, Walls is right up there in the corner. I have a couple of friends from college that moved to Olive Branch right after they (well, he) graduated (she finished the prior year). Never had a chance to go visit them up there. They're somewhere in central Arkansas now. I've never ventured any off of I-10, I-20, Highway 49 or 98 in Mississippi (besides gas stations on the way to Alabama :D).

Oh wow. That's in the same county. Olive Branch is a great place to live. It's kinda yuppieish but they have great potential. If you're ever over this way just holler.

I taught archery to a bunch of Girl Scouts today. They had fun & so did I.

My day was pretty unique and pretty awesome. I was drafted to be runner for the Charlie Daniels Band today. Just drive them around and whatever they need.

Only met the man for a minute, but his guys were low key good guys. It sure beat playing digital janitor today.

I always wanted to be a runner when I worked operations. They make great on tips.

There has been a thunderstorm all day, and it has been beautiful. It's a frigid 61 right now. :p

Be wary of American cars... All 3 family cars are out of service simultanously.
1)'08 Chevrolet Trail Blazer ~90k mi it has the "death wobble."
2)'03 Buick Rendezvous -113k mi bad transmission (still works but gets very low mpg and sluggish), and brake sensor issues. It will go to the crusher.
3)'00 Mercury Grand Marquis ~135k mi keeps eating batteries...

I see Japanese cars that look like they're crumbling to dust and they still run... but I'm just not attracted to them. Ive been wanting to take a look at the soon to be released 2015 VW Golf but hoping I don't get burned by VW's spotty reliability record...

The weekend has fallen apart. No doubt, you already read about my wife overhearing me talk about my plans for her birthday. Well, I ended up with my second sinus infection in as many weeks. So no blues concert last night, and no trip to Lancaster today. :sad024:

Going to a Crop with my sister later. ( A crop is a big gathering where folks get together and work on their scrapbooks. They are also charity fund raisers.)

Yeah, it was intense when it went through Dallas, seemed to get milder when it hit us (we still got some pea sized hail), then intensified as it went through Louisiana and headed your way

Have fun! Just don't make too many circles or people will get all weird.

I went with my wife to one of those 10 years ago. I had been out of town for two weeks, and the crop was scheduled for the night I got back. I was the only man there, with 50 women. When the instructor jokingly asked, "Why are you here?", I said, "I've been away from my wife for 14 nights and didn't want to miss another one." It was so cool to hear 50 women go "Awwwwwwww."

The lightning was some of the most beautiful I've ever seen. Spring is here.. which in turn will mean more severe weather. I'm surprised we didn't have any flash flood watches.
