Well, you don't want to look imbalanced, right. And you do have all those nice soaps to try out. I don't see a problem.

I think you're on to something.
"Full body shaving" may be the solution to how to use up all these wonderful soaps we accumulate.

    Daily.

The back gets a bit tricky, but then there's this guy:

It still probably takes someone else to use.

For those who would like to cut, but want to reduce the risk...

Borrowing from cutting cans to make alcohol fuel backpacking stoves, start with a trapezoidal utility blade for a "box cutter" knife. Mount the blade to a block of wood so that it is parallel to your work table. Make the block so that your blade is fixed at your desired cutting height. Rotate your can against the blade, keeping fingers well out of the way.

It isn't risk-free, but for those who just gotta, it has been know to work. If you try it, please post pics of results! ;)

Whether those agencies have police or not.

Besides, most of the rules are aimed at institutions. What are they going to do, mount scanners on the trash truck to detect each blade that I throw into our tiny bathroom waste can? This stupid, tiny can (my wife's choice - I prefer something that doesn't fill up so quickly!) fills up at least once a week. That bag usually is tossed into the kitchen trash and then taken out. What kind of scanner is going to detect that needle in a haystack?
THEN what...!?!... are they gonna make the collector responsible for leaving Joe Q Public's scanned bags on his porch until he can sort the trash? <sigh> ... yeah... probably!...

If that sort of bureaucratic stupidity applies to individuals and reaches my (red)neck of the woods, I guess I'll just save up a pile and then furtively bury them in the back yard under cover of darkness. Better yet, maybe I can sneak them onto a state park historical grounds and that way the red tape battle over sharps vs. historical artifact will make it unclassifiable! :signs136: muahahahahaa...
