I was well past overdue for an ear lowering. Finally got around to getting the clippers out. The 'stach looks like it grew 10 fold!

 

I'm about to have my first scotch egg which I've been waiting to try for years but couldn't find.

 

And?……………

 

it's been a few years since I've had a scotch egg, it was one of the best eggs I've ever had!

 

It was good, but not all I had cracked it up to be. Pun intended. It needed some bacon boots to go with or maybe a spicier sausage.

 

Not to mention the Cheddar!

 

Packing tonite to fly to Virginia tomorrow for vacation. We've got a place rented for a week near the Shenandoah valley. The weather forecast doesn't look great, but it certainly beats working.

 

I was out bid on a slim by 5s on the bay :mad: I led the bid for 4 hours.

 

June is shaping up to be an odd month so far. If the first week is a portent of things to come, I'm interested to see what comes next.

 

Dapper has a new avi. I guess the kid got the day off. Child labour laws just aren't what they used to be.

 

They aren't now I have to "hide" it. It's really cutting into my profits.

 

I nearly bludgeoned a door-to-door solicitor.

 

My wife and daughter are out of town until Wednesday. I'll be watching every sporting event on tv. Let the good times begin. Until tomorrow, when I start to miss them..
