I have a few Torreys that I don't use often. They are great American razors. Easy to hone and keep a good edge. I think Steve made his look as good as it does with new scales and a good sanding and polishing.
The Bartmann was NOS when I bought it year or so ago at a local antique store, in its original grease, paper, tag and box. The factory edge gives me a perfect shave. The size is around 8/8.
I'm happy for your good fortune! That is truly a nice find. I typically find only badly damaged generic hardware store razors. 3/8 or 4/8. With broken scales. And they're over-priced.
