Pre: Maggard Razors PSO – Grapefruit Brush: Shea Moisture Synthetic Soap: C.O. Bigelow Premium Shave Cream - Eucalyptus Razor: Frankentech Blade: Derby Extra (2) Splash: Shea Moisture Shave Tea Tree Herbal AS Elixer Post: Dove +Mens Sensitive ASB After: Pinaud Clubman Classic After Shave Lotion It’s BBS time! I am really liking the Derby blade. Smooth but nicely sharp. I even kind of rushed my prep this morning and still got a BBS. Yes, I know better than to rush anything about the shave, especially the prep but eh, I’m only human Regardless, it was a really good shave. Topped it off with the Pinaud. Almost done with my PSO samples so I’ll be posting my choice of those soon. I’ll also be posting about all of the soaps I’ve tried so far. So stay tuned! Speaking of soaps, I really like the Bigelow! Makes me want to invest in some more menthol soaps. Probably Proraso Green to start out. Have a great weekend! Stop by That Shave Life!
today's shave was billed to be so cool, so keen, so quick, do clean hot water wash with nivea men's whipped dog silver tip c.o. bigelow Merkur 39c durex (1) aqua velve blue ice as today I went back to my de's. I had been using se's. I had someone give me several tucks of durex blades. I wanted to try them out. the box said they were using post war developments. I had to use for passes to get to my normal shave, the fourth pass Prolly gave me a better than normal shave. I'm checking while writing this. yes I'm definitely bbs today, but it came with a cost. I got two weepers, the a/s had a little more burn, the blade felt tuggy from jump street. I palm stropped it just like any other. I'm clean so I guess it was sharp, but not near as smooth as my persona labs. finish with aqua velva happy bday Dale good day to the rest

SATURDAY Late start this morning (nice to sleep in for a change after a hectic week!). Great 3-pass shave with the Frederick Reynolds faux frame back. This morning's pic was inspired by Brad's colorful SOTD shot yesterday as I looked to capture a similar vibe of those pop art posters of the'60s. No LSD nor black lights required... Have a blessed weekend, all, and HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DALE! arty:
