The only soaps now in my rotation are:
    MWF
    Pre De Provence
    Provence Sante
    L'Occitane Cade

I admit that I have totally fallen for the french soaps.

I used this method WTG-XTG-ATG this morning. Today I did almost every thing the same. I made 2 passes this morning. Had no Nick's and or Weeper's ! I used my RazoRock Ultimate Alum no razor burn or "Nicks or Weepers". I just like the way the Alum cool's my face after I shave and before I slap on my A/S. I had an excellent "DFS" I did get a Rudy Castiel Clean Shave !

Well, this is my first contribution to the SOTD thread, in honor of that I cracked open a new bottle of clubman and used my $1.00 Gillette Slim from my local thrift store.

    Soap: Sara-S
    Razor: Gillette Slim
    Blade: Astra SP
    Brush: Omega PRO 48
    Post: Pinaud Clubman

No alum block today, shave was so smooth and effortless. Did not feel it was necessary. You read that correct, my Slim was only $1.00, he was considering throwing it away because it was so dirty. Cleaned up nice, user grade, but shaves like no other.

I have a mug loaded with Van Der Williams Mixture aka Patrick's Blend. Don't get me wrong I like it but it reminds me too much of Ivory Soap. (tastes like it tooooo!) Don't Ask!!
I have to stay away from. I sort of like to use it when I go visit my Aunt Edna (Aunt Mucho Bucks) She's 97 going on 98. She likes the Captain's Choice Cat O' Nine Tails after shave. Say's it reminds her of Sunday Dinner. I guess the Clove scent? :shaver

I take it is hard and not malleable? I am going to purchase the unscented but the bar shape kinda irks me .
