It's sort of a perpetual deal, I guess. Although, he did just raise her rent another $50 yesterday. The landlord has blatantly told her he wishes she would move out. She says she will as soon as she can find something in her price range. Unfortunately, on her income, it's not easy. There is practically nothing for rent in this area even at $200 above her price point.
I have a friend going through the same rent problems. He's been renting a condo for the past 4 years, but his current good landlord has to sell the place because he's getting too old to take care of it - the new owners decided they would raise his rent $475. Fortunately I put him in contact with the renters association of Alberta so he has 3 extra months to find something at least before he can't afford his current place.
I'm going to be in Hot Springs, AR in a few weeks. Anywhere razor relevant I should go? Though it has nothing to do with shaving, I'm definitely planning on visiting the star wars museum.

The hair gets an A+. Not so sure about the jewelry tho... kinda surprised your ma hasn't given you grief about that. Oh, and for the love of Pete, would you please throw out that bottle of Polo in the background?! The '80s have recalled it. . Seriously, I can smell that stuff -- and get nauseated -- just by seeing the bottle.... I had a roommate in college who practically bathed in the stuff. Hence, my current "disability" over 25 years after the fact.
Shhhhhh! It's Robin's Polo. It's the females version and it actually smells pretty good. Citrusy. I do own Polo Blue. My grandfather bought it for me. I keep it in memory of him and only wear it on days I miss him.

Well, then it's OK. Even more so for the blue. I have a vintage bottle of Avon Wild Country b/c I remember smelling it on my dad, tho I do like the scent as well.
