Camera ain't the greatest but here's before and after. I trusted my eye on the budget-restricted color scheme and it's not changing now (I move within 2-3 weeks) but do the colors look reasonably ok?

Thanks, fellas. I know almost anything would have been an improvement. I just hope some Martha Stewart type house looker doesn't come in and say, "Ewww...pale yellow and off-white/beige!?! I'm outta here!"

You will definitely get your money and times worth out of this. Excellent. The "before" would have sent many potential buyers packing.

Looks much brighter in there! I like it and I think if you're selling, you'll get a really good payback on the few bucks you spent on paint.

Here's hoping, but I'll be content to just get out from under it and break even.

Relator is here in a few hours to take pics for the listing. Hopefully the market is as slightly up as several people have said (not just relators)...there's a lot of FOR SALE signs around here but not many SOLD.

Guessing you're not in DFW. Housing is changing hands like crazy here.

I wish. If there were one state we could move to, the wife and I would pick Texas. NC will do for now, though.

OK, so where are you in North Carolina and where are you moving too??

FWIW-I lived in Wilmington, NC for four years and loved it.

I'm still in Ohio and the wife and girls are now in a small town outside Charlotte. So far, I've heard nothing but good about N.C.

You will like it, both that area and the people!
