Hello, I discovered the world of wet shaving, and this forum, about one month ago and I love it so far. I used to hate shaving due to constant irritation! Well after hearing the wife complain about my perpetual unshaven state I decided to give this a try! The results have been wonderful. I'm rocking a EJ DE89L, TOBS sandalwood & neutrogena face wash and AS lotion. I got a cheapo brush but it does the trick for now. For some reason I have a sudden itch to purchase more product to try out... I've been following the forum since the beginning and decided it was time to say hello and thank you all for the fine advice you didn't know you were giving me. I'm not much of a forum poster, just know I am reading all the great posts! Thanks everyone!

to TSD "NRod" Although I found the handle overly slick, the EJ89 has a fantastic shave head. I enjoyed mine very much!! . If you'd like to try another inexpensive brush that works well(at least it does for me), you might want to consider a bestshave.net #6 horse hair brush($5 shipped). Take a little while to come in from Turkey, but IMO it's worth the wait...
