Lost a couple ebay bids but did manage to win one so I'll be adding a third straight to my collection... although this will be my third Wostenholm, it will be my first official "pipe" razor. I think that will be enough Wostenholms...
Neither have I. I went from DE to cartridges and canned goo back in the late 70's. Never used an injector of any type.
Some new essential oils . Trying to wait patiently!!!! But I get excited about this stuff. Trying to come up with some new scents...
I've got 40 injector blades ordered from Connaught tonight and tossed in a tube of Ingram shave cream. Hope they get here around the same time as my HydroMagic!!!!
To me, its the most attractive of the Schick injectors, and couldn't pass it up. Not as nice as the NOS I found on eBay a while back but this is still in respectable condition and may very well look better after a cleaning. OH! Almost forgot Saturday I'm picking up a whole bunch of glass (23L) carboys from a gent in St.Albert who's no longer into brewing, I'm able to get a 3-for-1 price for the used vs new in a store. SO excited, but the money I saved there will have to go for bottles for the new batches of beer...whoops.
A man after stomach. That's my next hobby to go full brew over! I just need to pick the right son to take on this with me. And I know who.., my oldest son.
Mine are at least a few years away yet. My grandfather started teaching me when I was around 14-ish (Not drinking it but learning it as a trade) so I might do this with him as well or try to make a non-alcohol batch he can call his own - that'll be up to mommy not me.) Unfortunately it's as enjoyable as wet shaving to me, so I'm going in 193.5% starting next month after the exercise I'm going on - may try to get at least one more batch fermenting before I leave. Surprisingly its not too expensive (Much like wetshaving) after you get the initial gear though
