I just came this close to walking out on my job.

 

So, how long does it take for Rod from Stirling to process orders? I placed an order on the 8th, and still haven't heard anything. Maybe I'm just being antsy, but I wanna try my stuff

 

Well, it depends what Zone he's in, but generally he's available after half an hour counting commercials and all.

You're antsy. I placed an order on the 6th, and got a email notice yesterday that it just shipped. One week turnaround isn't outrageous for a small 2-3 person mail-order operation—particularly if they're swamped with orders. They aren't Amazon.

I think we're all spoiled by modern expectations of overnight delivery services and instant communication. I'm not excusing poor customer service, but I am sympathetic to small companies whose products are in demand and often struggle to keep up at times.
I've had to wait 3 years for delivery of a custom-made guitar before.
Small shop, high-demand, quality goods. Worth the wait.
