Awesome SOTD! I've been wanting to get my hands on some of the American Blend soap. How do you find it?
I joined this this forum a little over 6 months ago, in that time I have made a couple of friends here. One of them is Kerry (Razorburn123). We talk and he has given me a lot of advice on shaving etc and he has also been very generous and PIF'ed me some stirling samples before. Now he has extended his generosity even more. I got this in the mail yesterday: Super speed black tip Golden Gem micromatic open comb Turkish #6 horse? brush Mitchells wool fat Razorock classic Craftsman unscented 3 Barrister and man samples(Adiago?, Lime/lavender/cedarwood and Bay rum, all really nice scents One soap sample, which we don't know what it is =P A couple of Gem SE blades A LOT of double edge blades, Ladas, voskhod, person, rapira and perma sharp I don't think I need to or can express how happy i am to have received this gift from Kerry. I do want to say: Thank you again I really appreciate it. Last nights shave I used Razorock classic and #6, a lot of the stuff I either would never have the chance to try or It would have taken a looong time for me to get them for myself. So its gonna be really cool to go through this new and awesome gear.
So, Kerry do you need any more friends The generosity and kindness of the members of tsd never cease to amaze me.
But thats not all.... One of my other friends on this forum has also been very nice and supportive. Joe (Slow joe). He told me he had a lot of Geo F Trumpers samples and that he was gonna send me a couple to try. Of course I was really excited as I heard many good things about those products. So when I got the box, it was too big.... I immediately knew it was not only samples inside hahaha This is the box: And this was the content: I really REALLY love this Proraso travel kit. Slow Joe posted a picture of one he bought a while back and I really liked it. (Maybe I should be careful what I comment in this forum) hahaha No but seriously, the travel kit contains 3 products I haven't tried before. Pre-shave, cream and aftershave balm AWESOME. Ofcourse the brush is really nice to, can't wait to break it in so its good to go when I really travel. Samples: Rose and Sandalwood shaving cream. I really love both those scents. Coral Skin food, I have been interested in trying those balms GFT Hair and shower gel, Great scent also. Shark and Derby blades This gift was a real treat. Thank you, i shaved last night with some of the gear. This morning Im stil smooth enought not to need a shave. I have to wait for tonight or tomorrow morning. Im eager! =P
