Here's one I recently completed: a Tortolani 'Silver Steel' 13/16 razor that was in need of some help. My first restore of a three-pin razor, too (what a pain!). The blade face originally had a white & gold 'silver steel' emblem, but was in really sad shape so I refinished the blade. The blade face I took it to emery stage on the buffer, the remainder I used stainless compound. The scales were in decent shape, but the pins were all loose. I disassembled the scales and gave them a thorough clean & polish. Buffed up with CrOx. I was able to reuse the original washers. Repinned with nickel silver. It polished up nicely. Anxious to see what kind of edge it takes on the honing table!
Kevin, if you had not told us that you restored that razor you would never know. Superb work. Looks like it is brand new a virgin out of the box.
