    Very nice brushes! Enjoy!
They will continue to bloom and the tips will soften the more you use them!

My wife got me a 2000 for Christmas. It is a magnificently huge, dense mass of boar. But be aware, it takes a looong time to break in. It blooms and softens fairly quickly, but takes a few months of daily use before it will reliably hold three passes of lather.

I have trust in Omega, very reliable brushes with no over-bloom knots
No problem with their plastic handles in some brushes but the 11137's is lovely.
My Semogue SOC is a nice looking but nothing special,i hope that with 2000 i wouldn't have the "3rd pass" problem.
The "break-in" period will last long because i have many brushes but i have patience to see the final result.
Wooden handles are fine, little care with oils and they look fantastic !

Since I'm not a fan of knots that bloom a lot, frankly I think they're ugly, that's one of the things I really like about the Omega boar knots. They maintain their original shape pretty well.

I have an Omega Pro 49 that fits perfectly in a toilet paper tube. After cleaning I shake it out, air dry it, then slip it into the tube. Keeps it nice and neat.

    After their 1st shave !
Semogue has a tendency to bloom very fast than Omega but even in his first shave manage to have lather for 3 passes
I pray to be better than SOC.

Nice update. Isn't it bad when a boar bloom to much? =P

Semogue has a tension to be a "Champion" in blooming
Other brands haven't achieved that, for example see Omega.
I have only 2 Semogue brushes,i try to use them but i am not convinced that over-bloomm means better lathering.

They are not completely broken-in but i think (for second time) that Semogue brushes like face lathering more than bowl.
