I got it from Royal Shave which is USA based. The soap is made in Germany and also known as Rivivage.

    Prep: Gaia face scrub
    Oil: Shave Secret
Brush: 20mm Whipped dog set deep
    Scuttle: Georgetown Pottery
    Razor: Gillette New Open Comb
    Blade: Feather
    soap: Provence Sante
    Post: alum sprayed on
    Witch Hazel: Generic unscented
    AS: Sampson's all natural

Another great shave with the New Open Comb and Provence Sante. I am unsure how I did it, but after the first pass I had a DFS. After the second pass, it felt BBS, so I stopped. Usually it takes me a minimum of 3 passes. This must be my lucky day. I'm off to buy a lottery ticket.

Razor: 2013 Muhle Baseplate w C410i Spitfire Mk Ia (3D printed top cap)
    Blade: Personna Med Prep (D2)
Brush: TGN 24mm Super Badger bulb w H2 Handle
    Bowl: Suribachi 5” bowl
    Pre Shave Soap: MRGLO Lime
Pre Shave Oil: Homemade Bay Rum w Lime
Shave Soap: Tiki Soaps Bay Rum w Lime
    Post: Monster Alum Block
    Aftershave: Captain’s Choice

Todays shave with the 2011 R41 3D printed top cap was not as aggressive as yesterday and only thing that changed was using Tiki Soap but Cella from the brick is pretty darn good soap. Today's picture you can see the minute ridges running lengthwise on the top cop and guess it is possible that they are smoothing down with repeated use as again no weepers, skipping or tugging this morning. Believe I can eek out another day with this top cap when normally I can only use the 2011 R41 two days in a row as irritation starts to kick in by the end of the 2nd pass of day two. Yes this top cap replacement for the R41 2013 does indeed provide a shave that is more aggressive as the 2013 R41 and so far my experience with this replica is that it is as aggressive as the 2011 R41 as the developer intended it to be. Have great day gents.

    Post: Captain's Choice Bay Rum

I've struggled to have decent lather on the 2nd or 3rd passes with this soap. Its been drying out and disappearing on those passes, so today I made it in my scuttle and it was better. It is pretty thirsty. I made 3 passes today and the New LC gave me no surprises. I am always impressed by how mild this razor is.

Saw the Bay Rum in Guys' post and got inspired to use the Bay Rum scent today in my shave as well. I love the clovey scent of the VIBR and it has great staying power. Now that I'm all shaved up and smelling so nice I think I'll go mow the lawn. Ahhh.... the exciting life of retirement. ;)

Prep: Hot shower, TSD Jasmine Sambac Preshave balm
    Brush: Simpson 56 Best Badger
    Croap: RazoRock One-X
    Razor: Merkur 41c 1904 OC
Blade: Baili Super Blue Blade (3)
    Passes: WTG, XTG, (7, 8)
Post: Cold water splash, Dickinson's WH, RazoRock One-X AS splash
Cologne: Le 3e Homme de Caron by Caron

No third pass today, because I could feel the blade start to wear badly halfway through the 2nd pass. Lathering the One-X was a breeze, as always; anyone who cannot lather this soap has a serious flaw in their technique, IMO. DFS in two passes, then skipped the alum for lack of need.

Not sure. There is a lot of confusion about this but some say it is and some say Dr. Dittmar is GoldDachs with some common allergens removed. Lets see if Crackstar can help
that is from an old post on a Rivivage review

I can only get 1 shave with the Supermax, and that is with hand strapping it. I only use it when I'm trying a new technique or new razor, as my go to Feathers are great but do not forgive if you aren't paying attention.:happy069:
