Ooo..hold the pickles hold the lettuce..it's a Grass-whopper.. http://abcnews.go.com/Lifestyle/gra...-patties-hit-nyc-restaurant/story?id=21017746
Anything found in the gut pile, or anything containing aforementioned offal. Gourds. Most cooked fish but especially tilapia or canned fish. Prefer my fish raw or "cooked" with citrus. Just about anything I do not like as a stand alone food, I probably do not mind as an ingredient. For example, celery. I will however try just about anything before I offer up an opinion...except balut.
If one must eat okra, it should be fried...preferably by a very obese cook somewhere in a parish of Louisiana.
I've been thinking about this ... Can't think of one food I don't like ... Crazy... However, I definitely don't like the fake sugar flavor .. Like diet soda, or people's attempt at dessert/foods with "pink packets" or whatever. One time I had bees which were not horrible but not something I'd try to eat again.
Hmm.. I'm not that picky but... 1. Okra - can't eat anything slimey 2. Liver - Ugh. It's a texture thing. 3. Shellfish - clams, oysters, mussles, scallops. LOVE crab & lobster though 4. Most Indian food - its the seasoning.. dunno if its the turmeric or the cardamon
I havent met a liver I didn't dislike LOL It's a texture thing with me. I'll admit beef liver SMELLS tasty but the second it hits my mouth I get instant gag reflex...
My mother made us eat liver when we were kids. I never have to eat it again! Admittedly, the aroma of fried liver and onions is divine but that's it. Liver is offal. Another thing to add to my list is Hamburger Helper. Mom wasn't what one could call savvy in the kitchen so HH was a staple. I never have to eat that again either.
