    Friday
    Brush: e-shave
    Razor: Gillette FB (f1) 1960 (5)
    Blade: Feather (1)
Mug: Old Spice 1985 Cobalt Blue
    Cream: Maca Root
Post shave: Thayers Cucumber Witch Hazel, Jack Black gel, vintage Avon Trazarra AS

I was actually in a rush today and dialed my FB down to 5 so could go fast. I picked the Meca Root for the same reason. Surprise! A nice acceptable shave in 2 passes WTG XTG and then 1 pass ATG on my neck. Splash of WH cleanup Jack Black gel and a face full of Trazarra and I'm off! Wow, I got there almost before I left!

Have to agree with you! Not an inexpensive product, but sometimes you DO get what you pay for. What is the scent?

Mark, what do you think about the cooling effect of the Gold Bond Body Lotion as an after shave balm?

    Bruce,
It's pretty cool and a great skin moisturizer. It works good and is inexpensive compared to most aftershave balms. We use a lot of body lotion and hand cream since we're outside every day.

Yes Jeff but, since the Veg is made with French Lilacs, I was speaking in the parlance of the country of origin; parle France'. :D

    Dove Men's Face Wash
    TABAC Shave Soap
    Semogue 1305 Boar Brush
    Schick I1
    NOS Gillette Platinum Plus
    CWR, Asma Alum Block
    Thayers Rose Petal WH
    Pinaud Clubman AS

The TABAC Shave Soap face-lathered very easily with my Semogue 1305 Boar Brush. Two passes with my Schick I1 and Gillette Platinum Plus blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, alum block, and a final cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Rose Petal WH and then Pinaud Clubman after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Yeah. I try to make a point to use the other stuff in the cabinet, but I am definitely a stirling junkie.

I think you'll really like the Ozark Mountain. In body soap he calls it Pig Trail. It is a great scent. I need to get some more. Its a very masculine scent as my wife would say. I am still waiting to try my Lemon Chill Body soap and Shave soap. Not enough containers to hold my unopened soaps.

I'm going to see if Rod will make me some Glacial Sharp Dressed Man.

I'm dying for a Glacial Lavender soap. What a combination - lavender with that powerful menthol. :happy108:

While I know he is pretty busy right now, Rod is pretty accommodating. Maybe somebody should ask him.:signs002:
