The Haul: October 2014

They're all good...except the pushbutton, but I'm going to give it another chance. Plus I haven't used a good old Tech head literally for years, so I'm looking fwd to that.

 

A VDH TTO appears to be a Weishi 9306. It is extremely mild. I have one, it was my first razor.

Finally found that elusive White Whale. The difficult to obtain Mergress Long Handle Razor showed up the other afternoon over on the Badger & Blade BST. I lucked out.

 

That's the first one I have ever seen, looks new

 

The Fuller Brush man stopped by today. Vintage Amber Badger brush new in the box, and a Fuller letter opener. Strange combo, but I'm still trying to peg a date for the brush. I think its 1920s - 1940s, as it does have "sterilized" stamped on the bottom. I will be trying it out soon, and I can now properly open my mail.

 

Used several times.

My Weber PH finally came today!! I love the rough and smooth look of the razor. Pictures online don't do this razor justice.

It fits right in with the rest of my razors.
