Shave 4 Today was my first shave with my Gem Lather Catcher. I had to tweak the blade holding mechanism to get it to work correctly, and it now holds the blade securely with no distortion. I started with a Gem Stainless and did one pass with that blade before binning it and inserting a PTFE. The rest of the shave was OK, but that first pass caused a lot of irritation and a couple of weepers. The shave did end up BBS but not AGAIG. I will shave with it again, but I have to let the face heal before I attempt another shave with it.

Axe Shield Sensitive Great shave! Five days using the iKon DLC OC I've mastered the angle, pressure needed to achieve a great shave. MdC really is the easiest soap I have to lather. Go out and get it!

I ended up shaving with this OC razor this morning. Can anyone guess what razor it is? Knowing the people here I don't think it will be too hard.
Bingo! NEW BigBoy Deluxe Chromium. I really like this beast of a razor. It's very similar to the Barbasol FH razor in size/weight.
I thought it might have been a Big Fellow so I did a search to make sure. A picture of Big Boy came up in the results and bingo , lol.
