Well, I pray the procedure goes well for you and not only do you get immediate relief, but the symptoms diminish to the point they no longer reoccur!

    Howdy strangers!

Been awhile since I've been on here, I guess. Been pretty "down" lately, things haven't exactly been running in a positive direction, but I suppose I'm still more blessed than a lot of people in this world. I did have an interesting experience this morning that I thought you guys would appreciate hearing about:

First, I held a live mockingbird in my hand! It flew into the front door and sat stunned in front of the school. We were worried it would wake up and cause somebody to hurt themselves, so I went out and picked it up to move it. When I picked it up, it woke up, and flew off. Really neat experience.

Second, and this is where it gets kind of weird; I went to my computer and pulled up reddit to see put my finger on the pulse of the world, and this cartoon popped up:

    The first two comments:
    1. Also works on starlings
    2. Are you saying, "You can kill two birds with one tome?"

I'm not sure this day can go anywhere but downhill from here. It may have peaked.

Thanks. That would be lovely, if generally counter to how my luck tends to run.

Well the day was good well until I made some odd choices for lunch, and now my stomach is in full revolt and I expect a coup is imminent :(

Awesome to have held a mockingbird in your hand! Must have been a really special feeling!

As a 20+ year Texan, I can say without reservation, I loathe the mockingbird. No avian creature has cost me sleeping time more than the mockingbird.

And they dive bomb and peck my dogs.

I spent the last two days fixing a software update to a print server. 80% of my clients were finally able to print yesterday. If I'm lucky rebooting my terminal servers servers this morning will fix the rest of my clients.

Haven't seen this thread in ages. Don't know why. Dapper, i hope Leif is feeling better, poor little dude. Jasman hope the ear gets better. If I forgot anyone sorry. If I am right than this should be my 1000th post. Not significant compared to most members here, but this is the first forum I ever tried. I never thought it would be such a great experience, I certainly never thought I would be here long enough to make 100 posts let alone 1000. So thanks to all of you for making this forum such a great place that I keep having to come back too.

Erik Redd Lizabeth, baby, I'm comin' to join ya.

I believe this is what happened to a coworker of mine. He woke up one morning with extreme vertigo and nausea, they called for an ambulance and after a few hours in the hospital he went home.

Wife and I are sitting here doing homework. Went to the 20th anniversary of our pastors joining the church earlier in the day that was a trip down memory lane. Did not hurt that the cowboys won as well.

I'm on a 3 Saturday streak and counting. It's weird but if I get the sudoku solved, the Saturday NYTimes Crossword gives me trouble. If I cannot solve the sudoku, I usually do solve the crossword. Must be hemispherically challenged.
