    Mike, my prayers for you that you do find a restful time; a time for healing of mind, body & spirit. We were created to have a day of rest, and unfortunately, few of us are very adept at doing just that (I'm guilty of this as well! :o). Be well, my friend and hone up on your coach-potatoship skill set. Much to the consternation of my wife, my skills in that particular area are noticeably lacking...

    Going by my own annual trips, I can suggest Sint Maarten as a great place for some R&R. You won't even need a passport, I don't think. :)

    My almost 21 year old son informed me that he is going back to college at our local community college to finish his first 2 years and then will be enrolling in the local university to complete his Bachelor's degree. This makes us very happy.

    You may recall I posted some photos of his surgically repaired achilles tendon area. One more PT appointment and then he is back to the new normal.

    Mike, I've lived and worked in a very high stress environment for most of my adult life, the one thing I've taken away from it was how important I am. Not to my job but to myself and my family. Listen to your Doctors advice, more important, listen to your heart. I pray that you recieve the rest and care you need, and when you are ready, you will be able to resume your daily task.
