How is the Speick Active soap ?

You're right of course!

 

Two packages yesterday:

Two knots from TGN (a 22mm silvertip grade A bulb shaped badger and a 18mm boar) and another Wilkinson Sword Imperial in a wooden lined metal box. No blade or strop (but I've already got those ).



I've got a handle I received from one of Oscar11's PIFs (in 2012!) which is in dire need of a quality knot (that will be the badger knot of course). Then I have a brush of which all of the hairs in the centre of the knot have disappeared and what is left on the rim is brittle. The handle has almost no paint anymore, so this will be a first restore for me. More of a rebuild. You'll just have to wait and see. The handle will be something special. Trust me on that. Hope to have it ready in a week or so.

A couple of OS mugs that are marked as Belgium underneath. Both empty so now the decision is what to put in them?

My first picture on TSD I hope the size is ok. Using photobucket, anyone have any good suggestions as what's best to use from an iPhone?

It's good, a citrus scent, easy to lather. It's a vegan soap, it's not the same formula as Speick in the tube.

I found a brush at an antique store.
at first I thought nice handle. so I asked how much.
grand total of three bucks.
on the way back I was examining the knot. looks pretty intact to me, I'm gonna see how it functions after cleaning.
