I got my Gillette NEW Short Comb back from Chris at razorplate.com. He did an excellent job!



I picked up my newest Country Club aftershave today, Southern Oud.

How do you like the scent of the southern Oud? I was looking at 1847 or Frozen Vetiver.

JR-I like from just sniffing the top. I will actually use it in the morning. So far, so good..............

I ordered them last month, but my Naniwa Chosera bench stones just arrived today. These are to replace an aging and broken lot of stones that I have been trying to use to keep my pocket and kitchen knives usable.

Today was a good day. picked up a Gillette super speed red tip at the antique store. Date code b2.

Got home and my maggard order came in.

My Goodwill Hunting is over! My harpooned whale showed up today. My last razor!!! I know, I've said that before. But really this time, honest!

are you sure? I saw an open comb early aristocrat that looked pretty sweet, it was like 1918. May have to get another harpoon.

Thanks! They only made these one year and the #164 head is the rarer of the bunch. This one is a USA, but they were also made in Canada. I will shave with it tomorrow and post in SOTD.

Got some injector blades, soaps, and mugs today







The soaps are Badger Navigator from the local green earth store, and 3 from Whoos the Man on Etsy. Warp Punk, Commander, and It's Elementary. They smell great. Very different.

Hope you love it as much as I do! Great great stuff. Lavender is nice too
