LF input on an upcoming GrabBox

I want to do a PIF this month that basically will consist of, approx;
- 5 Shave soaps, and
- 5 razors

Instead of picking five winners and sending out five packages I was thinking of doing something that @Mr. Shaverman suggested to me and would like some feedback on if people would enter such a PIF.

It would basically work like this:

The winners are chosen from the entries submitted and 'ordered';
Winner 1, Winner 2, etc

I send out ALL the razors and ALL the soaps in ONE box to Winner 1.
Winner 1 gets first pick and decides what razor and soap he wants to keep and then he is responsible for sending it on to Winner 2.

And so on.

Until the box arrives at Winner 5 who, granted, only have the last razor and soap - but at least he doesn't have to send the box on to anyone else.

Thoughts?

Note: Depending on how my cleaning efforts goes of the razors I recently bought and how I like the ones I try - it could be anywhere from 5 t0 7 razor/soap combos that would go out.

I think it's a great idea as well, I just want to make sure that people wouldn't object to entering a PIF that requires them to send a package onwards to the next winner - hence requiring them to pay for postage (and go to the post office, etc).

 

You mean, like, leave the house? There are people out there!

Seriously, though, this is a nice PIF idea I would sign up for and then not win.

 

Well, I just wanted to be sensitive about the fact that people would have to pay for shipping (apart from the last winner) and I know myself how much I dread going to the post office.

If there's an interest in this I'll be more than happy to set it up this month

Nah, I pass along all my bad ideas too just to see if people would do them.

 

Maybe there is a way to call this something other than PIF. It seems more like a participatory Grab Bag/Last Man Standing kind of event.

I would enter, and have no objection to the fees to ship it on to the next winner.

 

I will gladly take first pick and then ship the remaining items onto the other winning contestants..lol.

You can't sign up quite yet though, I need to pick the soaps and razors first, trying to pick as many as possible so I can..uh...free up....for future purchases

I like the sound of this very much, and "Grab Box" is as good a name as any.
Technically, this cannot be a PIF because if I read the rules correctly,
the recipient of any PIF must receive his gift without any charge whatsoever.
This scheme sort of violates that rule.

It would certainly be fun to see how this goes though.
